    Contact us for a free consultation. We can assess your needs in person and give an estimate of labor for the preparation of the sale. Each situation is unique to the size of the home, the amount of belongings, and the location and orientation of the home(rural, gated community, lots of stairs, etc). We will provide a plan tailored to you and this can include auctioning or consigning items, donating items left over and providing you with a receipt for your records, and complete trash haul off.

  • After.

    The contract for our services is signed, it’s best that all items intended for family members to keep are removed from the premises. Items that aren’t available to shoppers are a distraction and the space should be as uncluttered as possible for organization and merchandising purposes. What you absolutely cannot remove will be placed in one room that is roped off and/or locked and not available to shoppers. And that’s all you have to do! It’s important not to throw anything away, as you’d be surprised what can be successfully sold at an estate sale.

  • We.

    Advertise your sale across different platforms to appeal to as many buyers as possible. Your sale will be conducted in a professional, welcoming manner with staff that are eager to tend to your buyer’s questions and needs. Items from your home will be displayed in an attractive, tidy way that encourages people to buy!

  • When.

    Your sale is completed, for a fee we can arrange to donate agreed upon items to the charity(charities) of your choice. We also offer trash removal which can include dumpster rental, and a complete clean so that the property is left broom swept and presentable for its next stage.
